Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We offer carefully selected natural and lab-grown diamonds. Both are real diamonds—lab-grown are created in controlled environments and offer excellent value, while natural stones are formed over millions of years in the earth. We’re happy to walk you through the pros and cons of each.
Most of our center stones are accompanied by grading reports from leading laboratories (such as GIA or IGI), detailing cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. We’ll always tell you which certification applies to the stone you’re considering and review the report with you.
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke designs. Share your inspiration—photos, sketches, or ideas—and we’ll collaborate on the design, select the diamond, and present you with a 3D rendering or detailed design for approval before production.
Lead times vary by design, but most custom pieces are completed within 3–6 weeks from final design approval and deposit. If you have a specific date in mind (proposal, event, etc.), let us know and we’ll advise on realistic timing.

In many cases, yes. We can evaluate your existing diamond or heirloom piece and discuss resetting, redesigning, or incorporating it into a new design. Our jewelers will first inspect the stone and metal to ensure they’re suitable for the new setting.
We recommend removing jewelry during heavy activity, storing pieces separately to avoid scratching, and cleaning regularly with a soft brush, mild soap, and warm water. Periodic professional cleaning and inspection are the best way to maintain long-term beauty and security.
Depending on the purchase amount and design, you can finance your jewelry through Affirm at checkout or, for select custom pieces, use a staged payment schedule (for example, a deposit at design approval and the balance at completion). Our team can walk you through Affirm’s options and help you choose a payment plan that fits your needs.
